A COMPLETE DISPENSER

This dispenser’s performance makes it the ideal unit for distribution centers and professional paint stores where productivity and time are key to the business.

EVOPWR™ models build upon the modular approach which allows for choosing among a wide set of canister sizes, pump performances and technologies: a solution for the most complex colorant sets, whether for decorative or industrial based applications.

ADVANCED FUNCTIONS

The advanced control system of the machine, based on the ‘5G’ platform, enabling the capability to remotely check the dispenser, easily communicating information to service personnel, or by giving phone assistance to the store operator are key elements in improving maintenance events.

The installation time is tremendously reduced to more than half the time compared previous generation of machines, with tangible effects on the setup costs.

PUMP SELECTION

Among the selection of pumps, the market breakthrough DFP (Dual Flow Piston) pump is the latest COROB development in matter of high performance pumps, it is available in the standard flow version capable of 0,5 liter/min or the High Flow (HF) of up to 1 liter/min.

The gear pumps have been modernized, reaching higher levels of torque for the most difficult colorants, while being even more silent than the previous models.

Bellow pumps are also available, ideal when low volumes are mainly required.

HIGH DEGREE OF CONFIGURABILITY

According to the available working space, chose between the compact CX version, the complete SX model or the bigger LX variant.

This last variant is adequate for being used with roll conveyors and creating a ‘production line’ type of flow.

The default semi-automatic shelf increases the ergonomic approach of this dispenser, optional are the fully automatic version or, no shelf at all.
